We are pioneers, we are the first company in Greece with mass and industrial production of frozen Gyros.

Since 2006, we supply of great quality, meat products, both to premium HORECA POCs and retailers in Greece & abroad.

We create the mix of the spices for our products, so as to keep consistent both quality and taste.

We produce every day in our own factory: 20 tons of Gyros, 5 tons of Skewers, 10-15 tons of other meat products, 1,5tone of portioned meat

We export our products in more than 20 countries.

Elvida Tech
   A specialized technical team designs, automates and computes both, the machines and the production process, according to our needs.

Since 2021, 100% of energy that we use in our plant comes from renewable sources.

We continue to be present both in Greek households and Horeca POSs, trying to propose new, innovative and of unique taste solutions which differentiate our products and serve our customers’ needs.

2023

We launch «Ap’ola», kit  an innovative product for Greek market, which gives the opportunity to enjoy homemade Skewers.

Qualifications

ISO 22000: 2010

ISO 22000, is an international certificate, which sets the rules for food safety and certifies that the awarded company complies with international food safety rules and orders. It comes from the International ISO association and it also embeds HACCP standards, PRP’s &ORP’s and the general orders of food handling and management

ISO 14001: 2015

ISO 14001:2015, is an international certificate, which shows that there is a standard environmental- friendly routine/function/procedure in the factory. Environmental care is a crucial matter, both to companies and customers lately.

IFS: 2015

The IFS is a certificate from the union of German & French retailers (FCD) which complies with the international standards for food safety (GFSI). Its prerequisites and standards are similar to the BRC and it certifies the safety and quality of processed food and its production process.

BRC: 2015

The BRC certification defines the way of ensuring food safety, legitimacy, integrity and quality of industries that produce, pack and process food.

Halal: 2019

Halal are certified food products which are acceptable to consumed by Muslims according to the Muslim religion/laws. Halal certification is received after a combination of religious and industrial obligations is checked and the factory is in accordance with strict standards regarding pureness and safety of the goods, according to Muslim/Halal rules.
